One out standing issue with the window distortion remains. I will mark it off with tape so your team can properly evaluate the issue. Jessica is very customer service driven, which was very appreciated given todays business climate. Unfortunate that your tech's cant see what we are seeing in the windshield though. I'm certain we'll get there once we mark it off.
