Communication was slow in coming as only 1 person could do the needed assessment of the Corvette.. Never got an estimate on cost of repair. Agreed to diagnostic evaluation. When I stopped by after the car had been there for 5 days and no information had been given was told they thought they had fixed it. No estimate on cost to repair what problem was had been approved by me. I had called twice during the time car was at Merit and was told it hadn���t been looked at and would be assessed within the next 2 days.
