Came in for 1st oil change and had so issues wanted addressed and got told to schedule a different appointment for any other issues. Advisor didn’t even want to hear my other concerns about my truck. I’ll be going somewhere else.

I had my Silverado towed to Merit on a Sunday afternoon. Their service technician was able to diagnose the problem for me by Monday afternoon (with no prior appointment) and the repair was completed by Wednesday. This was a quicker turnaround than what I anticipated and the final cost was actually a little less than the amount quoted.

They corrected all the issues and were finished much sooner then I was told it could be. Only thing is I wished they washed the vehicles once the service was completed like they use to. Would have been especially nice with the winter salt on there. ;)
