As always very satisfied!! Wasn���t going in for a trade necessarily but Chad and Jason worked everything out to give me numbers to look at..Jason extremely patient w/me and Chad was sooo excited for me as his wife had just gotten an equinox 25��� week before and loved. My husband and I have known and been working w/Chad for twenty years and referred numerous people Merit���s way. I have never met someone so genuine in a position as his .. Chad and Jason are a great duo ..also to watch the interactions between Chad and staff is second to none.. no title matters everyone treated same and there is nothing he wouldn���t ask someone to do that he wouldn���t do himself. The ���professional��� joking all around w/staff is not something you see in workplace today .. because of him he makes it a happy and successful workplace as evident by the longevity of staff. I sure hope he is appreciated by Merit and it is verbalized .. he has a very stressful role and GM has him too thank for the success of Merit.. when he chooses too retire someday .. Merit will never be able to come close to filling his shoes ..in productivity, retention of staff and character. He cancelled numerous trips (annual traditions) this past summer as used salesman went out on unexpected medical leave and who covered for him and took the hit to stay back and work unselfishly. I hope there is one hell���uv���a Compensation package/bonus when comes time for him to retire, Merit is Merit by him heading it up and honestly why I continue too not look at other cats cuz I know ���Chad��� takes care of us.
