My sales guy Will was great. Got answers to my questions and did not pressure me or rush me for a sale. However, when I took delivery on Friday the car was not prepared and detailed as I would have expected to be. But to be fair, I was told the person who is responsible for the cleaning was not feeling well that day and went home early sick. Which would explain the way it was. Will agreed that it was not up to usual Merit standards and he was embarrassed to deliver it the way it was so he promised that he would get the car detailed inside and outside when I bring it up for my first oil change. So I���ll see if your dealership follows through.
