I am VERY pleased. My 2022 vehicle has had an illusive low/dead battery problem since new. Last winter, the problem temporarily escaped the Technician's testing and best efforts. Dang it! However, my advisor gave me GREAT advice. I was advised to let it ride and let it get worse. I was very properly informed that the warranty from GM had me covered 100%. This winter, the problem showed it's pesky face again. My advisor (Jessica) worked with me. The Technician ran the necessary tests (Technician name unknown). And, sure enough, the Technician found and fixed the problem. THANK YOU!! The GM warranty process worked just like its supposed to! The vehicle told me there was a problem. The advisors were great. The Technician did an outstanding job. I hope the tech sees this and gets my praise. Dev did a WONDERFUL job transporting me. Half the fun of coming over is to ride along and talk to Dev!! Such an enjoyable person! Merit Chevrolet and General Motors gave me an A+ experience. I am now interested in the Merit Chevrolet XChange Dealer TradeUp Program. I may update my 2022 Colorado to a 2024.
