Confirmed Service Customer
Car repair was done in a timely manner. The fleet service consultant Jessica Whitney was not friendly and was kind of rude. I was a bit upset with the car problem I encountered as it is a common problem with the Traverse and believe it should be part of a recall. Long story short she needs to show more empathy to her customers. When I went to pick up my vehicle she did not even acknowledge me. Never had that experience before and neither has my husband.
