I've been a customer since the mid 70's when I purchased the first of my six suburbans, and I have all of my service done at Merit and been overwhelmed with the service when I ran into some GM problems with my a couple of my suburbans, and the dealership always supported me and got me the settlement I deserved. This was both in your body shop and regular shop. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, and I continued this time.
