Came in for an oil change, but also appreciate the service writers 'Chuck' giving me the time to ask service questions regarding my tire ware and windshield wipers. Tires are in good shape for upcoming winter driving, and the wiper blades were changed out for 'the good ones.' Also the cashier was most helpful in questioning the possible over charge on the bill. There was an adjustment made. Plus I received a discount from the Rewards Program. I'm always confident that good service is rendered when engaging with Merit Chevrolet..

You had a pretty good selection of Equinox evs which i was interested in. I was directed to Rob who was very knowledgeable of the Chevy EVs. Had a short test drive right away and I was an easy sell because I had spent quit a bit of time on the internet and had previously leased an Audi etron as well as having driven the 2024 2LT at another dealership. I came to your dealership because you had the base model Equinox in awd. I have been back with a couple of questions and Rob was able to clear those up.
