quick and easy came in one day. drove a car. negotiated over text. had credit run and came in to sign for car. it was much better than any purchase of a car previously.

The service department so far has been great with communication explaining issue, explaining how part needs to be ordered but won't be here until mid-November. Looking forward to having it completely fixed later next month.

Thursday evening idiot light & message appeared regarding the propulsion power appeared with ���service soon���. Spoke with Dwayne. Set appointment for Friday at 9. Scott checked me in. Helped with finding possible warranty info and kept me aware of what was happening with the update, and also rotated my tires. Worked out great and had my Bolt EV back Friday afternoon.
