I called Diane Hogan to look at a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox. She had it pulled up out front and it was ready to drive when I arrived. Diane went over all the features on the vehicle and we drove it. I was impressed with the vehicle and we were able to put together a deal so i could buy it. Finance manager, Jason, went over my options and we scheduled delivery. Picked up the car and went over everything with Diane on the car and the dealership. Jason made the financing very easy and explained all the numbers. I was completely satisfied with the experience. the owner of the dealership was kind enough to thank me for the purchase.

Scheduled and brought in my 2024 Blazer EV for it's first maintenance visit. Everyone was nice and efficient, unfortunately, in the final paperwork I received there was no documentation regarding the multi-point inspection. Would have been nice to know what they check on an electric vehicle and what it's condition was found to me. Other dealerships utilize multi point inspection forms with a copy provided to the customer. Of lesser importance, I have been accustomed to other dealerships offering courtesy car wash and this did not happen! Going forward, I will probably visit a GM dealership that offers these services!

I brought my 2017 Chevy cruze in last week with dents on the right rear passenger door and quarterfinals. The right sideview mirror was also damaged. When I picked up my car a week later, I everything looked great. Couldn't see any damage left. The process was extremely smooth especially with arranging my rental vehicle with Enterprise. Would highly recommend Merit for anyone needing body work on their vehicles.

The service was great, I called the service appointment number and made appointment and said I would wait for vehicle, when I was at dealer they said need to leave and come back next day, I think appointment center needs to clarify if that needs to be the case, cause they gave me a ride home and I ended up getting the vehicle back the same day, causing 2 unnecessary trips, when I could have just waited for it as originally set to do, other than that I appreciate that it was done, thank you.
